At The Urban Yuva, we believe that trust comes first. As we begin our journey, we are committed to making shopping simple, secure, and comfortable for you.

1. Available Payment Method

We offer a 40% Prepaid + 60% Cash on Delivery payment option for eligible orders.

You pay just 40% of your order value upfront to confirm your order, and the remaining 60% is paid when your order is delivered to you.

2. Prepaid Payment

The 40% upfront payment is required to confirm and process your order. Your order will be considered confirmed only after the prepaid payment has been successfully received.

3. Cash on Delivery Payment

The remaining 60% of your order value must be paid at the time of delivery.

Please ensure that the required amount is available when your order arrives.

4. Payment Confirmation

Once your prepaid payment is successfully completed, you may receive an order confirmation through the contact details provided during checkout.

If your payment is unsuccessful, your order may not be confirmed until the required payment is received.

5. Payment Security

We take reasonable measures to help protect your payment information. Payments are processed through the payment methods available on our website.

We do not request or store your complete card details through ordinary customer support messages.

6. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests are subject to our order processing status and applicable policies.

Any refund of an eligible prepaid amount will be handled in accordance with our applicable refund and cancellation terms.
